In this role, you will
Analyze competitors' concepts to generate new ideas and provide creative inspiration for the design teamEvaluate our creatives, landing pages, assets, and other materials to identify areas for improvementResearch user behavior and funnels to identify performance-driving factorsInterpret test results and collaborate with the analytics team to improve reporting processesDevelop and brainstorm creative concepts — from initial ideation to final executionPrototype and test concepts to ensure feasibility and effectiveness; conduct creative tests on advertising platforms to evaluate performance and make data-driven improvementsProvide actionable feedback to UA managers, designers, and product teams to improve project outcomesBuild and maintain a knowledge base on creative testing, including structured reporting for future referenceCoordinate asset and video production with designers, agencies, and influencersContribute to the development and optimization of creative production and testing processes, aligning with the marketing team’s goalsIt’s all about you
At least 6–9 months in performance marketing, focusing on mobile apps or web-to-app projectsDaily work with key marketing metrics (CPI, CPA, CTR, ROI) and a clear understanding of how to achieve and optimize target KPIsExperience in creating detailed technical briefs to support efficient creative productionProven experience in conducting thorough analyses and applying insights to inform strategyHands-on experience running ad campaigns on at least one major platform (Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.) — excludes B2B platforms like LinkedIn and TwitterAbility to handle high workloads, tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously (e.g., managing 10+ projects or creating 20–30 creatives per week)Ability to effectively collaborate with and present ideas to cross-functional teams and stakeholdersConfident verbal and written communication at a B2 level or higher
