Role Description
We are seeking an HR Automation & ATS Manager to become a part of our team.
- Manage and customize ATS to align with recruitment workflows and business requirements.
- Communicate with ATS support to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
- Handle requests and provide solutions to the TA team regarding system functionality.
- Collaborate with our internal tech team on system integrations and technical configurations.
- Create and maintain detailed manuals and onboarding documentation for system users.
- Conduct system trainings and onboarding sessions for hiring managers and recruiters.
- Monitor system performance and propose automation initiatives to improve team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with an ATS (SmartRecruiters is a plus).
- Strong project management or account management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate tech speak into clear business language.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for creating clear, user-friendly documentation.
- English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

- Experience with HR tech tools and integrations.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and metrics.
