Responsibilities

User Acquisition:
- Build go-to-market and accelerated growth strategies for the US market.
- Develop and execute comprehensive national marketing strategies tailored to assigned markets.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of acquisition campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Develop and assign growth targets to team members.
Management:
- Develop job descriptions and spearhead recruitment for staff to carry out marketing strategy.
- Liaise with HR to support recruiting, interviewing, and providing assessment materials.
- Set KPIs and staff development targets and apply performance reviews.
- Organize and assign growth KPIs to managed staff.
- Instill a culture of creativity, data-driven decision making, and results-oriented work ethic.
Market Research and Insights:
- Utilize user and transaction details to assess growth.
- Constantly analyze data to measure the impact of marketing activities.
- Leverage data to determine marketing budget investment decisions.
- Propose and manage quarterly marketing budget.
- Prepare and present market performance reports.
Product Management:
- Work closely with the product team to ensure performance of product is optimal.
- Prioritize product and market fit.
- Ensure an efficient feedback loop between users and product.

Requirements

At least 2 years of work experience in fast-paced environments, honing analytical and strategy development skills.
Experience carrying out multi-prolonged marketing rollouts that include ground and community marketing, influencer marketing, and CRM.
You will be successful if you are entrepreneurial, ambitious, have a good work ethic, and are used to working against targets.
Good analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive growth.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Fluent in a second language is a plus.
