Role Description
We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join two of our projects—an AI Social Discovery project specializing in the creation of AI Companions, utilizing technologies ranging from highly engaging chats to state-of-the-art visual (video and image) generation, and an AI Dating startup.
- Develop creative strategies to attract new users
- Manage timelines & allocate team resources
- Write comprehensive briefs for motion/graphic designers and content creators
- Review and approve advertising creatives, providing edits and feedback
- Adapt creatives for different platforms and audiences
- Analyze ad performance and suggest improvements
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Work with external partners, freelancers, and agencies as needed
- Research and implement new tools to optimize the creative process
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience working with advertising platforms (such as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat)
- Understanding of key marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS)
- Ability to analyze and optimize ad creatives based on performance data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
