As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that amplify our mission and connect with innovators in the AgrifoodTech space. You will craft compelling content, manage digital campaigns, and engage with a global audience to drive awareness and impact. Working alongside a dynamic team and collaborating with industry leaders, you will help position Eatable Adventures at the forefront of food innovation.

Tasks
- Content Creation & Digital Marketing – Develop and manage engaging content for digital channels (website, blog, newsletters, and social media) to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
- Event Organization & Execution – Plan and coordinate industry events (both online and in-person), acceleration program activities, and networking meetups, handling logistics, creative production, catering, and promotional materials to ensure impactful experiences.
- Social Media & Community Growth – Manage social media platforms, create compelling campaigns, and foster engagement to strengthen our presence within the AgrifoodTech ecosystem.
- Press & Media Relations – Develop press materials, manage media outreach, and cultivate relationships with journalists and industry publications to increase brand exposure.
- Email Marketing & CRM – Design and execute email campaigns to engage key stakeholders, startups, investors, and corporate partners.
- Ecosystem Engagement – Strengthen relationships with startups, corporates, investors, and institutions to support community-building and strategic collaborations.
- Brand Positioning & Messaging – En on sure consistent messaging across all communication channels, reinforcing Eatable Adventures’ leadership in AgrifoodTech.
- Market Research & Insights – Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insights to refine marketing strategies.Collaboration & Partnerships – Work closely with internal teams, sponsors, and partners to drive marketing and ecosystem-building initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience & Background – 2-3 years of experience in marketing, event management, communications, or a related field, preferably in startups, food innovation, or tech sectors.
- Event Management Skills – Experience organizing events, from planning to execution, including logistics, creative materials, catering coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Digital Marketing Expertise – Proficiency in managing social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation for digital channels.
- Press & Media Relations – Ability to develop press materials, coordinate media outreach, and manage relationships with journalists and industry publications.
- Content Creation & Storytelling – Strong writing and editing skills to craft compelling content for different audiences and platforms.
- Project Management & Multitasking – Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ecosystem Engagement – Passion for startups, innovation, and the AgrifoodTech sector, with the ability to connect and collaborate with key players in the ecosystem.
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset – Ability to analyze trends, track marketing performance, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Tech & Tools – Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM systems, social media management platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Hubspot), and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Languages – Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus!
