Role Description
This role involves optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and conversions.
- Optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and Google & Meta ad campaigns
- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve user experience and performance
- Analyze heatmaps, user recordings, and data to refine layouts, CTAs, and creatives
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and paid ads specialists to implement CRO-driven improvements
- Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, cost per conversion, and funnel efficiency
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, VWO, and Looker Studio for analysis and reporting
- (Preferred, not required) Explore AI tools to enhance content and design performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization or related field
- Work experience in a digital marketing (advertising) agency
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a relevant field
- Excellent written and spoken English skills at a professional level
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing, heatmaps, and funnel optimization
- Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads optimization
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, VWO, or similar
- Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and ad specialists
Requirements
- Experience with AI-driven content and design tools (bonus)
- Knowledge of email marketing CRO (bonus)
- Client-facing experience (bonus)
