• Look at a search query and know what the searcher actually wants.
• Find the angle that makes dull posts engaging.
• Know when a "great idea" could hurt the brand.

Location: Costa Rica (100% Remote) · Type: 1099 Independent Contract, Full-time · Travel: 4–8 US trips/year, fully paid by Cynet · Equipment: You must own your own laptop and have reliable internet.

What will you be doing day to day?

• Own content, end to end, across four distinct brands.
• Create and manage content including social posts, website content, and company news.
• Research verified data and stories before writing.
• Run social media like an editor, owning the LinkedIn calendars.
• Source quality content from beyond our own walls.
• Engage as Cynet in industry conversations and manage LinkedIn newsletters.
• Respond to public reviews under written privacy guidelines.
• Attend conferences and tradeshows across the US, running our presence.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted, self-managed United States entry.
• Native-level conversational English writing.
• 5+ years in content marketing or editorial roles.
• A track record of judgment in healthcare marketing.
• Your own equipment for contract engagement.

Requirements

• Ability to read queries and determine the content needed.
• Experience in reverse-engineering successful competitor posts.
• Understanding of SEO, social, and email as one craft.
• Editorial or newsroom experience is a plus.
