Role Description
This role involves maintaining and building on our established content and marketing strategy.
- Refine and expand an existing content marketing and editorial strategy to engage senior audiences at enterprise companies.
- Lead the ideation, briefing, editing, and distribution of content.
- Cultivate relationships with freelancers, agencies, and internal subject matter experts.
- Work with writers to produce insightful, authoritative, deeply researched pieces.
- Develop a variety of marketing, sales, and product-focused copy.
- Refine and edit content produced by freelancers and team members.
- Quickly respond to emerging opportunities to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Use analytics and KPIs to measure success against commercial goals.
- Be our brand and tone of voice guardian.
Qualifications
- Successful track record developing and executing editorial and content strategies for senior-level enterprise audiences.
- Ability to craft compelling stories and high-quality copy across various formats.
- Experience briefing, managing, and mentoring writers, freelancers, or agencies.
- Organisational prowess in coordinating content production schedules.
- A passion for climate tech or the desire to become an expert.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and performance metrics.
- Enthusiasm for shaping and refining a recognisable brand voice.
Requirements
- Experience in a high-growth, high-change environment.
- Ability to balance foundational content marketing must-dos with experimental tactics.
- Deliver on high velocity content requirements across multiple formats.
- Proficiency in using tools like ChatGPT for productivity.
- Ability to turn complex financial concepts and scientific information into briefs.
