[Hiring] Content LiveOps Manager @Lingokids

Role Description

As a Content LiveOps Manager, you will build Content LiveOps from (almost) zero:

• Limited live-ops cadence and an early playbook.
• Own and run a weekly content release cadence: new games, new IPs, new content going live on a predictable schedule.
• Design, plan and run time-limited events as the program matures, e.g., a themed weekend drop with its own promotional treatment.
• Define what a release needs beyond the content itself: teaser moments, custom or animated icons, countdown treatments, in-app announcements, comms.
• Work with marketing, engineering, and design to build what makes that possible.
• Soft-launch new content and games, and own the process for how something moves from ready to live.
• Partner with the Content Experimentation team to test variables that matter (event length, timing, locking, positioning, packaging).
• Be accountable for whether releases actually land: on schedule, and with a measurable lift in engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Direct experience running a content release cadence, live-ops strategy, or live-events pipeline, done operationally.
• Comfort with a weekly operating rhythm.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills.
• LiveOps and Performance Data literacy.
• Background in games where "what's live changes constantly" is a normal part of the job.

Requirements

• Experience specifically with time-limited or seasonal events (e.g., a holiday tie-in, a licensed-IP drop, a themed weekend).
• Familiarity with subscription or content platforms for a young or family audience.
• Fluency in English.
• Clear and effective spoken and written communication.
