Qualifications

• A Creative Self-Starter: 1-2+ years of digital marketing or content repurposing experience (ideally supporting creators or online coaches).
• An Instinctive Visual Storyteller: Strong attention to detail and a clean design sense for creating on-brand visual assets.
• A Strategic Partner: Thrives on high-touch alignment, providing consistent updates independently.
• Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with digital marketing tools like Opus Clips, Canva, and ClickFunnels.
• Your Home Office: Reliable, distraction-free remote work setup (BYOD) with flexibility to support North American Eastern to Pacific time zones.

Requirements

• Turn long-form webinars, coaching sessions, and talking-head videos into highly engaging, perfectly formatted short-form clips (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
• Fully manage and schedule content across all major social media platforms, writing platform-specific captions.
• Maintain and update ClickFunnels pages, ensuring that landing pages, lead magnets, and campaign forms function seamlessly.
• Drive deep audience engagement by monitoring comments and DMs daily, segmenting email campaigns.
