Role Description
Vos missions :
- Réaliser une veille active sur les réseaux : (actualités, environnement, concurrents, remarques de clients et prospects)
- Création de contenus et mise en ligne des animations e-commerce sur l’ensemble des réseaux sociaux : visuels, textes de présentation, jeux concours (outils : CANVA)
- Établir des plannings afin de planifier les post en amont
- Suivi et analyse des statistiques
- Prospection de nouveaux clients via les moyens de communication digitaux
- Interagir avec la communauté en répondant aux messages, commentaires et conversations
- Préparation et rédaction de campagnes promotionnelles
- Création de stratégie d’influence et contact avec les influenceurs
