Role Description

We're looking for a Community Engagement Specialist for a marketing agency focused on hospitality brands. If you are a strong writer, detail-oriented, and comfortable with online reputation platforms and social media, keep reading!

• Use online reputation platforms to draft and post review responses for clients, ensuring every guest review is addressed in a timely and professional way.
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages, staying on top of all social media conversations for each client.
• Communicate with clients and internal team members to answer guest inquiries in comments and DMs.
• Keep a consistent brand voice across reviews and social, adapting to the nuances of each client's voice.
• Stay up to date on client offerings and details, and maintain internal client FAQ documents.
• Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and changes in guest experience.
• Maintain timely communication with your team.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to engage audiences creatively and quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with the confidence to speak on client calls.
• Attention to detail and a passion for writing, as this is a writing-focused role.
• Awareness of and engagement with cultural trends.
• A responsible self-starter who works well both independently and in teams.
• A collaborative and flexible attitude, comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• A permanent, stable work location (this role is remote, but not nomadic).

Requirements

• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager.
