Role Description

Support our advisory team in executing research-driven communications. Assist with drafting, analysis, and coordination while upholding our "silence as strategy" ethos. Entry-mid level role to grow with the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft/edit client memos, briefings, op-eds, and stakeholder comms materials grounded in narrative research.
• Monitor media, social discourse, and competitor narratives using tools like Google Alerts/Meltwater.
• Coordinate low-volume social posts, emails, and events (no metrics-chasing).
• Conduct basic stakeholder mapping and risk scans.
• Support senior strategists with research (e.g., discourse analysis).
• Maintain client confidentiality and internal knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Communications, Journalism, PR, or related (1-3 years exp; freshers with strong portfolios considered).
• Exceptional English writing/editing; regional language bonus.
• Familiarity with comms tools: Canva, Google Workspace, basic analytics (Hootsuite/Twitter).
• Interest in startups/tech/public affairs.
• Traits: Detail-oriented, discreet, proactive, thrives in ambiguity; reliable async communication.
