[Hiring] Clinical Product Marketing Manager @Healthie

Role Description

We're looking for a Clinical Product Marketing Manager, a clinician and communicator who has worked in health tech and is passionate about helping others understand the why behind Healthie.

In this role, you'll be the bridge between our product innovations and the clinicians using them every day. You'll translate Healthie's roadmap, new features, and integrations into clear, actionable education that inspires adoption and deepens customer connection. You thrive in fast-moving environments, can navigate ambiguity without waiting for a perfect playbook, and know how to get things done.

You'll work cross-functionally with our Product, Customer Success, and Growth teams to:

• Help shape how we communicate innovation to the market.
• Create resources that empower clinicians to get the most out of Healthie.
• Bring the voice of the provider into how we build and explain our platform.

This role has a particular focus on Healthie's RCM and billing products -- helping clinicians and large scale care delivery orgs understand, adopt, and get value from the features that directly impact their revenue.

Qualifications

• You have professional clinical experience and have spent time using EHRs or other digital health platforms in your day-to-day work.
• You have 1–2 years of experience working at a health tech company, in a role that gives you exposure to product development, cross-functional collaboration, or go-to-market execution.
• You understand how software gets built and shipped.
• You're a strong writer and communicator, equally comfortable creating a training guide, a help article, or a demo video.
• You're action-oriented and move with a sense of urgency. You know how to make smart calls in ambiguous situations.
• You're collaborative by nature and skilled at working across teams, including with engineers, product managers, and designers, to get things done.
• You're excited about leveraging technology to improve care delivery, and you understand firsthand the realities of patient care, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Bonus points if you have worked directly with a product or engineering team, even informally.
• Experience with B2B or B2C communications.
• Familiarity with RCM, medical billing, or practice revenue workflows.
