Role Description

Are you an inspiring storyteller with a calling to defend life, family, and freedom? CitizenGO is seeking a Campaigner to craft compelling campaigns and powerful messages that inspire people to take action. This is your chance to use your writing, creativity, and campaigning skills to shape public debate and advance the values we defend.

You’ll be a catalyst for action, inspiring thousands to sign petitions, participate in campaigns, and engage in the defense of fundamental freedoms. If you want your work to drive real change every day, we want to hear from you!

As Campaigner for Germany, you will be at the heart of CitizenGO’s advocacy work, developing and running national campaigns that turn important political and cultural moments into opportunities for action. You will:

• Monitor political, legislative, and cultural developments.
• Identify strong campaign opportunities.
• Craft persuasive emails, petitions, and calls to action that mobilize supporters.
• Take ownership of your campaigns from research and development through launch and follow-up.
• Prepare, adapt, or translate global campaign communications from English.
• Contribute to offline actions such as petition deliveries, public stunts, and other campaign activities.
• Engage with journalists, activists, influencers, and like-minded organizations.
• Work closely with the Campaign Director and the wider CitizenGO team.

Qualifications

• Based in Germany, and speak German as a first language.
• At least a B2-level proficiency in English (Duolingo English Test required for non-natives, minimum score of 100).
• Demonstrate good strategic, creative, and innovative thinking.
• Understand how civic advocacy, citizen mobilization, and grassroots campaigning function.
• Demonstrate high professionalism, self-motivation, efficiency, and results-oriented delivery.
• Strong teamwork skills and comfortable in a highly collaborative team culture.
• Proactive and able to adjust quickly to changing conditions and requirements.
• Strong user-level computer skills; experience with Google Workspace preferred.
• Previous experience in copywriting and producing marketing content is an asset.
• Familiar with managing social media accounts is a plus.

Requirements

• Willing to work autonomously on a variety of tasks and projects.
• Available for evening and weekend work and occasional travel as needed.
• Proficient in using AI to generate emails, communications, and other written materials is an asset.
