Role Description

CitizenGO is seeking a bold and strategic Campaign Director to lead our work in Switzerland. This is your opportunity to run high-impact national and global campaigns, mobilize thousands of citizens, and ensure that the voices of our supporters translate into real cultural and political change.

As Campaign Director, you will be at the heart of one of the most innovative and fast-growing advocacy movements in the world. You will not just write petitions; you will shape public debate, influence decision-makers, and represent CitizenGO in your country.

This role reports to the Manager of Global Campaigns and offers a flexible schedule, provided all responsibilities are fulfilled on time and with excellence.

Qualifications

• Based in Switzerland and speak German as a first language.
• At least a B2-level proficiency in English (Duolingo English Test required for non-natives, minimum score of 100). Spanish and other languages are a plus.
• Enthusiasm for and broad experience with software tools, along with proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new ones.
• Strong strategic, creative, and innovative thinking skills.
• Solid understanding of civic advocacy, citizen mobilization, and grassroots campaigning.
• Passionate about and deeply committed to defending life, family, and freedom.
• High professionalism, self-motivation, efficiency, and results-oriented delivery.
• Strong teamwork skills and comfortable in a highly collaborative team culture.
• Strong project and staff management skills.
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing conditions and requirements.
• Proactive and able to contribute valuable projects and proposals.
• Strong user-level computer skills; experience with Google Workspace preferred.
• Flexible schedule and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in copywriting and producing marketing content is an asset.
• Proficiency in using Artificial Intelligence tools is an asset.
