Role Description
The Branding & Loyalty Programs Manager will be responsible for driving brand excellence and customer loyalty initiatives across the Compressor Systems & Services (CSS) EMEIA business, encompassing both the Compression and Air Treatment portfolios. This role will lead the execution of strategic branding and brand consolidation initiatives, develop loyalty programs that strengthen customer engagement, retention, and advocacy, and ensure consistent implementation of global brand guidelines across the EMEIA region. The position requires close collaboration with regional business leaders, marketing teams, and corporate brand stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution excellence across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Implementation

Lead the execution of EMEIA branding initiatives across Compressor Systems and Air Treatment businesses.

Drive the implementation and activation of brand value propositions across the CSS EMEIA brands.

Drive implementation of brand architecture, portfolio positioning, brand transitions, and brand consolidation projects across the region.

Develop and manage execution roadmaps for branding-related initiatives.

Coordinate cross-functional activities involving marketing, communications, legal, digital, operations, sales, and customer support teams.

Monitor project milestones and manage stakeholders for seamless implementation of branding changes.

Customer Loyalty Programs

Develop, implement, and manage customer loyalty and retention programs.

Partner with commercial, service, customer experience, digital, and marketing teams to identify opportunities to increase customer engagement.

Design loyalty frameworks, customer recognition programs, incentive structures, and engagement campaigns.

Define program KPIs and measure effectiveness through various metrics.

Continuously evaluate customer feedback, market trends, and competitor programs.

Brand Governance & Compliance

Act as the primary EMEIA liaison for corporate brand teams.

Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all customer touchpoints.

Provide guidance and support to local marketing teams regarding branding best practices.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

Build strong partnerships with regional business leaders and teams across EMEIA.

Foster alignment between regional business priorities and global branding objectives.

Present program updates and business impact assessments to senior leadership.

Performance Measurement

Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of branding and loyalty initiatives.

Track brand compliance, customer engagement levels, and program participation.

Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

5β10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, customer engagement, loyalty programs, or related disciplines.

Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional projects across multiple countries.

Strong understanding of brand governance, brand implementation, and customer lifecycle management.

Experience working within a B2B industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technology environment is preferred.

Experience supporting regional or global branding initiatives.

Knowledge of customer retention, customer experience, and loyalty program development.
