Role Description

Competitor Analysis:
- Check out what other beauty and fashion brands are doing on Instagram reels and social media.
- Share insights on what's working well for them.

Make Platforms Work Together:
- Figure out how we can use Instagram reels' popularity to shine on YouTube for our beauty brands.
- Come up with cool ways to reuse our content on different platforms for the best results.

YouTube Shorts Plan:
- Plan out how we can create awesome and shareable content specifically for YouTube shorts.
- Keep an eye on any changes in the YouTube Shorts rules and adjust our plans accordingly.

Team Up with Influencers:
- Work closely with our influencer team to team up with influencers who match the latest social media trends.
- Give influencers guidance so they fit into the story we're telling with our brand.

Presentation and Planning:
- Create presentations that explain the latest trends on social media and what our competitors are up to.
- Work with the creative team to make visuals for these plans and show them to our team.

Trend Monitoring:
- Keep checking out what's new on social media, especially in the beauty world.
- Use the latest trends to keep our brand looking fresh and exciting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media strategy development and execution.
- In-depth knowledge of the beauty industry and social media landscape.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Experience managing influencer collaborations and teams.
