[Hiring] Brand Specialist - AI Trainer @10x Team

Role Description

Are you an experienced brand specialist with a passion for shaping how brands interact in the age of AI? Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your current projects or consulting work?

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content to ensure it reflects real-world brand standards, messaging, and creative direction. Your work will help improve the quality of AI systems as they engage with branding and marketing contexts.

What You’ll Do

• Review and refine AI-generated responses and outputs related to brand strategy, communications, and brand experience
• Evaluate outputs for coherence, brand alignment, messaging consistency, and real-world applicability
• Draft realistic brand scenarios, including use cases around brand voice, positioning, marketing communications, and stakeholder engagement
• Assess AI reasoning on topics such as branding principles, tone of voice, audience targeting, and storytelling
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or errors in brand communication and alignment
• Create scenario variations reflecting the perspectives of different brand stakeholders, like marketing leads, creative directors, and customers

Qualifications

• Experienced brand specialists, strategists, or marketing professionals with in-depth knowledge of branding and communications
• Based in the EU or UK
• Several years of experience in brand management, marketing, communications, or related fields
• Skilled in critiquing messaging, tone, and creative direction across multiple channels
• Fluent in evaluating brand positioning and value proposition
• Available 8 to 20 hours per week
• Ready to start in the coming weeks
