- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the brand through outreach campaigns, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand positioning.
- Oversee marketing campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work with content creators and designers to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Manage project documentation, including scopes, budgets, and timelines.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and strategic campaign execution.
- Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of branding and marketing efforts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns to attract and retain clients.
- Present reports on client engagement, brand growth, and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience or understanding of design principles to guide creative projects effectively.
- Strong knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and sales strategies.
- Proven experience in branding, marketing, or client relationship management.
- Background in B2B or B2C marketing and sales environments.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
