Role Description
Knowt is on a mission to revolutionize education with AI-powered tools that make teaching more effective & efficient for teachers. We’re looking for a B2B Strategy & Growth Lead to work closely with our CEO and CMO to drive a go-to-market strategy for schools and educators. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in growth-focused, data-driven environments and is passionate about scaling edtech solutions in the K-12 space. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll execute campaigns, optimize the marketing funnel, and refine messaging (No Visa sponsorship available.)
- Develop and execute a full-funnel B2B marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion among schools and teachers.
- Build and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns, leveraging paid media, email marketing, content, and events.
- Represent Knowt at conferences, webinars, and industry events to build relationships with educators and school leaders.
- Own the lead nurturing process, ensuring smooth handoffs between marketing and sales.
- Implement multi-touch attribution and improve campaign measurement, as well as work on SEO & Paid Ads strategy to identify opportunities to reach more educators.
- Develop targeted messaging for different educator personas, ensuring high resonance and conversion.
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics (CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline growth) to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Teaching, Education, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in teaching, administration or an edtech leadership role.
- Have knowledge of the US education market, including curriculum policies and public-sector strategies.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Experience managing cross-functional team.
- Preferred experience in marketing, preferably within the Education or B2B sector.
