[Hiring] B2B Marketing Specialist @Clasp

Role Description

We're hiring a B2B Marketing Specialist to own hands-on marketing execution for Clasp Talent, driving demand from the employers who use Clasp to attract, upskill, and retain critical talent. You'll take direction from our marketing and sales leaders and turn it into finished work:

• Produce polished, on-brand content for a senior employer audience, including one-pagers, decks, ads, webinar slides, social graphics, emails, and landing page copy.
• Coordinate paid campaigns and build sales enablement materials that help our sales team generate and close employer demand.
• Own event logistics end to end for conferences and employer-facing events, including vendor coordination, shipping, registration, memberships, and sponsorships, all coordinated remotely, and keep attendees informed and set up for success.
• Build, QA, and launch HubSpot campaigns, emails, and landing pages; manage lists, UTMs, and tracking; and keep CRM data clean.
• Use AI tools daily to create content, light design, and copy faster and more independently, while keeping quality and brand from drifting.
• Build and maintain repeatable checklists and SOPs so events and campaigns run smoothly every time.
• Partner with sales, website, and outside vendors or firms to keep deliverables moving and stakeholders informed.
• Manage day-to-day projects with our PR firm on press and content initiatives.
• Support our content and thought-leadership pipeline on workforce and talent topics.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of marketing experience in a specialist, coordinator, or associate role, ideally on a lean or in-house team.
• Ability to produce polished, on-brand content in both design and copy.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient.
• Daily, hands-on user of AI tools in your work.
• Comfortable with up to 20% travel for team time and occasional event coverage.
• HubSpot (or similar CRM) familiarity and event management experience are a plus, not required; we'll train you.
• Startup experience is a plus, not required, if you bring high agency and flexibility.
• A background in HR tech, talent, or healthcare workforce is a plus.

Salary

The salary range for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and industry knowledge, ranging between $80,000 - $95,000 annually. In addition to the base salary, we offer an attractive equity component as part of our compensation package, providing an opportunity for eligible employees to share in the success and growth of our company.
