Role Description
The Digital Marketing Consultant (DMC) serves as a trusted marketing strategist for sMedia's dealership clients. Moving beyond transactional updates, the DMC translates ad performance and web analytics into actionable business growth, connecting digital strategy directly to inventory days-on-lot, sales goals, and ROI. -
Multithreaded Relationship Building:
Build deep, multi-level relationships across the dealership (General Manager, BDC, Marketing Manager) to mitigate single-point-of-contact churn risk.
-

Analyze GA4, ad platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft), and Whatagraph reports to evaluate campaign performance and present clear strategies.

CRM & Process Discipline:
Maintain strict CRM accuracy in HubSpot (logging activity, tracking won deals, managing account statuses).
