Role Description
The primary responsibility of the Automated Email Channel Manager is to drive flawless execution of the marketing campaigns within the automated email platform. The position requires strategic collaboration with key internal groups and an advanced technical acumen, an understanding of data integration and data file transfer.
- Manage the Automated Email channel calendar developed and execution of all prioritized campaigns
- Manage stakeholder expectations and focus on the goal at hand while understanding the larger picture (timelines, partner needs, supportability)
- Responsible for the development and flawless execution of automated email campaigns (request form intake, spec updates, meeting scheduling, coding audit review, creative timelines, overall process project management)
- Collaborate with the Automated Email Strategy lead and Database Marketing team to build optimal execution strategies
- Ensure all required procedures, approvals and campaign requirements are closely followed and maintained throughout the execution of channel campaigns and efforts
Qualifications
- Curiosity and passion about email marketing, and data selection to drive audience identification
- Be proactive by being action-oriented
- Have solid technical skills combined with business acumen
- Ability to document and validate coding requirements
- Strong communication, collaboration and project management skills
- The ability to understand how data works, what it means and how to use it
- Adaptable qualities including learning on the fly and open to change
- Ability to work and excel in a virtual work environment
- Compliance minded
