Role Description

Nordic Naturals is the #1 fish oil brand in the U.S., committed to improving health through science-backed, sustainably sourced nutritional supplements known for exceptional quality, purity, and efficacy.

Reporting to a Brand Manager, the Associate Brand Manager helps shape the future growth of the Nordic Naturals portfolio through consumer-driven innovation, portfolio strategy, and integrated brand marketing. This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys solving complex business challenges, translating consumer insights into new products, and collaborating across functions to bring innovations to market. The Associate Brand Manager will play a meaningful role in growing one of the most trusted brands in the natural products industry.

Success in this role requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, consumer curiosity, cross-functional leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building innovative brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, Product Marketing, or Category Management; dietary supplement or CPG experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with syndicated market data (e.g., SPINS, Circana, Nielsen) preferred.
• Experience supporting new product innovation and stage-gate commercialization processes.
• Strong creative judgment and experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and keep projects on track.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate recommendations, decisions, and business tradeoffs clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces ambiguity, and builds structure where needed.

• Must be proficient with MS Office and have advanced Excel and PPT skills.
