Role Description

20four7VA is seeking an experienced AI Search & Organic Growth Strategist to lead the planning and execution of our organic search strategy across client websites. This role is responsible for connecting SEO strategy with content strategy.

• Own keyword research, content planning, on-page optimization, internal linking, and AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO).
• Collaborate closely with content, PPC, and development teams.
• Assist clients in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• 1–2+ years of AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO) experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in keyword research and search intent analysis.
• Extensive on-page SEO experience.
• Experience building content strategies and topical authority.
• Strong understanding of EEAT principles.
• Experience with internal linking strategies.
• Experience creating content briefs for writers.
• Working knowledge of technical SEO concepts including Core Web Vitals, Schema markup, crawlability, indexing, XML sitemaps, redirects, and mobile optimization.
• Experience collaborating with developers on technical implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
