Role Description

SUPPLY is looking for an AI & Marketing Technology Specialist to help us discover, develop, and implement smarter ways of working across our agency. This is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on how an established, independent media agency uses technology.

• Work across different teams, tools, data sources, and marketing channels.
• Identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and make improvements that actually get used.
• Help turn emerging technology into new capabilities for SUPPLY and our clients.
• Prototype new tools, experiment with emerging media capabilities, or bring unconventional client ideas to life.

A few examples of what you might help build include:

• Media Intelligence Dashboard: Integrate campaign performance, audience insights, market data, and business outcomes.
• AI-Powered Audience Intelligence: Analyze audience behaviors and identify marketing opportunities.
• Workflow Automation: Build tools that reduce manual reporting and improve collaboration.
• AI Creative Testing Tools: Develop methods to test messaging and creative variations efficiently.
• Interactive Media Experiences: Prototype new consumer engagement methods through technology.

• A track record of independently learning and experimenting with technical tools.

• Ability to understand new concepts and systems quickly.

Requirements

• Approximately 0–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with building automations using platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Familiarity with creating AI workflows or applications using large language models.
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Experience with marketing data and analytics platforms.
• Personal projects and side projects are valued.

Benefits

• Annual base salary: $75,000–$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
