[Hiring] Affiliate Operations Coordinator @The Montage Accessories Co. Ltd.

Role Description

MDB Co. runs ShopMy, an affiliate program spanning 500+ promoters across our Babyletto, Namesake, and daVinci brands. We're looking for a detail-oriented Affiliate Operations Coordinator to own the day-to-day administration and communication of the program, working closely with our Partnerships lead who sets overall program strategy and direction.

A great person in this role makes the program run like clockwork:

• Promoters get fast, on-brand responses.
• Nothing sits in a queue.
• The data is always clean enough to act on.

You'll spot patterns before they become problems, flag which promoters are worth deeper investment, and bring ideas for tightening the day-to-day process. The best coordinators in this kind of role become the person the strategy lead trusts to run point on the ground, not just execute tasks handed down.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (ShopMy, LTK, Impact, or similar) — required
• 2+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer operations, or a similarly detail-driven coordination role
• Excellent written communication in English; comfortable handling a high volume of promoter messages daily with a friendly, on-brand tone
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working inside platforms/tools without heavy hand-holding
• Experience with spreadsheets/data tracking (Google Sheets or Excel) for payout and performance tracking
• Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working async across time zones with a US-based team
• A service mindset: you genuinely want promoters to feel taken care of, paired with an eye for what's working and what isn't

Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the promoter community: answering questions, troubleshooting access issues, and keeping response times fast
• Send onboarding communications to new promoters and ensure they have what they need to start posting (codes, links, product info, guidelines)
• Draft and send regular update communications (new product drops, seasonal pushes, program reminders) based on direction from the Partnerships lead
• Manage the ShopMy platform: promoter approvals, code assignment, commission tracking, and payout processing
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on promoter status, performance tiers, and activity levels
• Track content submissions and ensure promoters are posting in line with program guidelines
• Flag inactive or underperforming promoters for review
• Pull regular performance reports (revenue by promoter, program totals, top performers) for the Partnerships lead
• Support seasonal campaign rollouts by preparing promoter-facing assets and communications on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized system for tracking outstanding tasks, promoter tiers, and program calendar
