[Hiring] Account-Based Marketing Manager @Heaven Media

Role Description

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to support the delivery of Heaven Media's marketing strategy and help strengthen our position as a recognised voice within the games, consumer technology and B2B technology sectors.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating and delivering content marketing and account-based marketing activities that support brand awareness, lead generation and commercial growth. The role works closely with Business Development, Creative, PR, Account Management and Leadership teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable results.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and solutions-oriented marketer who can manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing performance, processes and programmes.

This role requires somebody who understands:

• Content marketing and how it builds authority and trust.
• Account-based marketing and its role in supporting sales activity.
• B2B storytelling and audience engagement.
• Games and technology markets and culture.
• How marketing activity contributes to pipeline and revenue generation.
• How to maximise the value of content across multiple channels and audiences.

Requirements

• Deliver content marketing and account-based marketing initiatives that support commercial objectives, audience engagement and brand awareness across key industry sectors.
• Coordinate the planning, creation and distribution of marketing content and campaigns across relevant channels, ensuring consistency of messaging and alignment with brand standards.
• Support Business Development activities by maintaining effective marketing and sales enablement materials and ensuring relevant content is accessible and up to date.
• Coordinate marketing activities across internal stakeholders, including Creative, PR, Account Management and Business Development teams, to ensure effective execution and delivery.
• Monitor campaign and content performance through HubSpot and other reporting tools, communicating insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, campaign effectiveness, content performance and audience engagement.
• Manage assigned marketing projects and priorities, resolving day-to-day challenges and escalating issues where appropriate.
• Support the delivery of thought leadership, social media, industry event and awards programmes that enhance Heaven Media's reputation and market presence.
