What you’d be doing:

• Grow your brand: Market award-winning personal empowerment and self-growth courses through strategies you design.
• Build community: Connect with prospective clients through authentic storytelling, the skill you already have.
• Lead and mentor: In time, build and develop your own team of motivated professionals.
• Own your growth: Set your own targets and track your results. Systems and tools are provided.
• Know the product: Develop a deep understanding of the courses, because you’ll be living them as well as promoting them.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in marketing leadership, brand management or a related field
• A track record of exceeding growth and engagement targets
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
• A passion for mentoring and developing others
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and energised by independence
• A genuine growth mindset: this is what you’ll be sharing, so you need to believe in it
• The discipline to manage your own time in a remote, global business
