Role Description

We're looking for an account-based marketing (ABM) manager to build and run programs that help us engage, win, and grow our enterprise and key accounts. You'll work closely with sales to understand account priorities, reach the right buying groups, and create personalized experiences that generate quality pipeline and move opportunities forward.

• Build and own ABM programs: Develop and run tailored programs for individual key accounts (1:1) and clusters of accounts with shared needs (1:few) through paid media, email, landing pages, direct mail, and sales outreach.
• Plan with sales: Align with account executives and sales development teams on target accounts, buying groups, shared goals, and follow-up.
• Work across marketing: Partner with product marketing, content, and creative teams to turn account challenges into clear messaging and assets.
• Own delivery: Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables for your territory.
• Measure and improve: Report on buying-group engagement, qualified pipeline, opportunity progression, and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• B2B marketing experience: Five or more years in B2B technology marketing, including at least two years building and running ABM programs.
• Sales partnership: You understand enterprise buying cycles and how to engage multiple stakeholders within an account.
• Planning and campaign skills: You're comfortable building an account-based plan and delivering it.
• An analytical approach: You can interpret account and campaign data and turn findings into clear recommendations.
• Marketing technology: You've used CRM, marketing automation, and ABM or intent platforms to build audiences, run campaigns, and measure performance.
• Communication and project management: You build good relationships across teams, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of delivery.
