[Hiring] Workers' Compensation Paralegal @Rob Levine Law

Role Description

The Workers' Compensation Paralegal supports Rob Levine Law's Massachusetts workers' compensation attorneys from intake through resolution. You will manage a caseload of injured-worker claims:

• Gathering medical records
• Preparing filings with the Department of Industrial Accidents (DIA)
• Tracking deadlines
• Keeping clients informed

The role is central to moving cases efficiently and getting clients the benefits they are owed.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent law firm experience
• At least 2 years of paralegal or case manager experience in workers' compensation
• Working knowledge of Massachusetts DIA procedures and forms
• Experience reviewing medical records and tracking medical bills

Requirements

• Preferred plaintiff-side (injured worker) workers' compensation experience in Massachusetts
• Experience with SmartAdvocate or a similar case management system
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
