Role Description
Davies North America is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for an experienced TPA Casualty Bodily Injury Adjuster to join our team. As an Adjuster in this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, investigating, and settling bodily injury claims related to auto accidents. This position requires a minimum of four years experience handling, specifically in the areas of liability, coverage, bodily injury and medical review.

Utilize extensive knowledge and expertise in auto claims to assess the validity of claims.

Review policy coverage and determine liability, coverage, and injury exposure.

Conduct thorough investigations, gathering all necessary information and documentation.

Work closely with claimants, policyholders, and other stakeholders to negotiate and settle claims in a fair and timely manner.

Assess the extent of injuries or damages, estimate costs, and negotiate settlements within established authority levels.

Collaborate with legal counsel, medical professionals, and other experts as needed.

Manage a high-volume caseload with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years bodily injury experience required.

Multi-line Adjuster's license.

Experience as a Casualty Adjuster.

Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software and other business-related software.

Able to type own reports and other correspondence.
