Role Description

We are seeking an experienced TPA and Insurance Regulatory Licensing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in TPA licensing and insurance producer/entity licensing. These qualifications are required for consideration.

Core Responsibilities

• Application Management — Review and process new and renewal licensing applications for accuracy and compliance.
• Regulatory Monitoring — Track state insurance and TPA regulatory changes to ensure all credentials remain current.
• Record Maintenance — Maintain organized, secure, and audit-ready licensing records.
• Internal Support — Provide guidance on licensing requirements and respond to inquiries from staff and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in TPA licensing AND insurance producer/entity licensing.
• Solid understanding of state statutes and regulatory terminology.
• Proficiency with databases, MS Office, and AI/Copilot tools.

• Occasional travel to physical office locations may be required.
