  • Conduct legal research and provide operational support, including assisting with English-to-French translations of legal and contractual documents to meet language requirements.

  • 3–6 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements in a reputable law firm or international corporate environment, ideally within technology companies.
  • Experience in SLED (State, Local, and Education) and commercial contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing French to support Quebec requirements, with availability to work in Eastern or Central Time zones.

  • Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with a solid understanding of commercial contracting principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with legal, business, and external stakeholders, demonstrating tact, diplomacy, and sound business judgment.
  • High level of technical proficiency, including managing contracts throughout their full lifecycle with minimal supervision, strong attention to detail, and adaptability in an international environment; advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and new systems.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities, maintaining composure, driving continuous improvement, and accommodating occasional domestic and international travel.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Generous time off policies.
  • 401(k) and Roth 401(k) options including company match.
  • Paid parental leave.
