Role Description

Join Our Team as a Technology Lawyer at Axiom. We are currently seeking Technology Transactions Attorneys to work with our top Tech clients in San Francisco. This is an existing vacancy.

• Working with and advising corporate clients directly on a wide variety of technology transactions.
• Providing entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice related to the client's technology agreements.
• Handling complex technology transactions autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
• Providing legal advice to teams from Research & Development, Marketing and Engineering, Product Management, Advertising Sales, Marketing & Communications from the initial stages of product development to launch.
• Supporting business teams by building consensus on projects from design to launch, including new features, products and services, and programs.
• Reviewing global products, features, and platforms to provide practical legal risk mitigation strategies focused on company goals.
• Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across client teams on complex deals for large tech companies operating on a global level.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of significant technology transaction experience, preferably in an in-house environment.
• Experience working on a wide variety of technology transactions including but not limited to SaaS, licensing, hardware, and other technology licenses.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts with strong issue spotting skills and attention to detail in contract revision.
• Previous experience working in-house for a technology company or working with a tech industry client.
• Active bar membership in good standing in the state in which you currently reside.

Requirements

• The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-290,000 per year.
• Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
