Role Description

We are looking for a Promotional Materials and Compliance Senior Specialist in Italy. Responsible for the provision of high-quality promotional and non-promotional review services to clients and will have the possibility to work also within Regulatory Affairs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with a service provider, focusing on promotional materials and healthcare compliance.
• A university degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Italian legislation and the Farmindustria Code of Ethics governing promotional activities and healthcare compliance.
• Proven experience reviewing promotional and non-promotional materials for compliance with applicable Italian requirements.
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs, including supporting regulatory procedures and the preparation, review, and compilation of regulatory documentation.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to support colleagues and share knowledge effectively.
• A structured, analytical, systematic, and independent approach to work, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Fluency in written and spoken Italian and business-level English, with strong communication skills and the confidence to raise issues and propose solutions.

• Location: Remote (the company is located in Milan).
