Role Description

The Senior Director, Legal is a senior legal leader responsible for providing strategic and day-to-day legal support to Everise’s U.S. and global operations, with a primary focus on employment and labor law, litigation management, and commercial risk support. This role partners closely with HR, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership to manage legal risk in a high-growth, highly regulated, multi-jurisdictional services environment and to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Federal bar admission

Requirements

• 10–12 years of progressive legal experience, including:
• Significant employment and labor law experience (in-house and/or law firm)
• Experience managing employment litigation, arbitrations, and agency matters
• Comfortable appearing in court or before an arbitrator
• Transactional experience, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements
• Experience advising HR and business leaders in a complex organization
• Prior in-house experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting multi-state or global operations preferred
• Occasional travel may be required.
