This position offers broad exposure across all lines of business and the opportunity to influence critical initiatives in a fast-growing, well-resourced company.
Intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen, and the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders (including supplier partners, private equity firms, government agencies, and large enterprise organizations) are essential. The ability to anticipate procurement trends and regulatory impacts is preferred.
Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited, nationally recognized law school; strong academic credentials

Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

5+ years of legal experience, ideally at a large law firm; additional in-house experience a plus

M&A experience strongly preferred

Proven ability to manage a high volume of complex legal projects and competing priorities

Expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial, procurement, and supply chain agreements

Understanding of group purchasing operations preferred

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with senior management and external parties

Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills; self-starter with sound judgment under pressure
Requirements

Independently draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial documents, including supplier contracts, membership agreements, intellectual property, licensing, consulting arrangements, and custom pricing agreements

Develop and maintain contract templates

Provide legal guidance on contract interpretation and related issues impacting group purchasing operations

Advise on compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including Anti-Kickback statutes and GPO Safe Harbor requirements

Assist in drafting and implementing policies related to contracting processes, ethics, and compliance

Conduct training and presentations for internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters
-
Serve as a trusted advisor to all internal departments, offering guidance on regulatory issues and complex procurement arrangements

Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the General Counsel
