Role Description
Spotnana is looking for a Senior Attorney to join our growing Legal team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted legal partner to our Sales, Content & Distribution, Product, and Procurement teams - drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements that power Spotnana's business. You will work cross-functionally to help close deals, manage risk, and support the company's rapid growth in the global travel technology space.
The day to day:

Support Sales, Content and Distribution, Product, and Procurement teams, providing timely and practical legal guidance.

Identify and mitigate legal and business risks in commercial transactions while balancing the company's growth objectives.

Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and processes to scale Legal.

Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, vendor, and partnership contracts.

Support new products, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives as the company continues to scale.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Privacy, Security, and Finance to support business needs.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, with in-house experience at a travel, technology, or SaaS company strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of SaaS business models, software licensing, and data privacy considerations in commercial agreements.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a high volume of contracts, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for business partners.

Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and a desire to help build and improve scalable legal processes.

J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.

The base salary range for this role is $210,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on a number of factors, including the candidateβs working location.
