Role Description

Foley Mansfield is seeking a service-oriented Remote Records Clerk to support our California litigation team. If you are looking to learn new skills, be part of a team, and work for a well-established law firm, apply today!

• Electronically file documents accurately and timely in compliance with all filing requirements.
• Create and maintain case files in iManage.
• Maintain and send daily case reports.
• Accurately and efficiently enter case information into databases.
• Pull and save files as requested.
• Assist in preparing materials for depositions, hearings, and other meetings.
• Provide administrative support to legal administrative assistants, paralegals, and attorneys.

This is an entry level position; we will provide training. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Suite, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced professional environment, and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

This position can be filled by a candidate in CA, IL, MN, or MO, however the regular hours are in Pacific Standard Time: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm PST.
