Role Description

Are you a future trainee solicitor? We are hiring for full-time roles, starting in May 2026 or September 2026. It's fully remote.

• You'll review applications.
• Deliver mock interviews.
• Run weekly coaching calls.

It's ideal for you if you like the idea of working in a start-up with big ambitions. You'll help thousands of people in a very short space of time.

Requirements

• You must have a training contract offer.
• You'll work hard: expect about 30 calls per week (with bonuses if you do more).
• You need a very high standard of writing.
• You interviewed at many law firms and typically received more than one offer.
• You learn fast, take pride in the quality of your work, and you work with speed.
• You have a strong understanding of what an applicant should do in the law firm process.
• You have a high level of commercial awareness.

Start Date

• 25 May 2026 OR 4 August 2026

End Date

• 1 March 2027
• Note: There is some flexibility around the start and end dates.
