Role Description

This is an opportunity to join an award-winning California law firm that focuses exclusively on probate litigation and administration, while working alongside attorneys who value collaboration, mentorship, and work-life balance.

• Handle sophisticated trust and estate matters from inception through trial, including legal research, pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, negotiations, hearings, and client counseling.
• May also handle conservatorships, guardianships, probate administrations, and trust administration matters.

Qualifications

• Admission to the California Bar
• 5+ years of probate and trust litigation experience, OR 8–10+ years of civil or family law litigation experience
• Strong case management and client-facing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Strong attention to detail and organization

Requirements

• Fully remote within California
• $160K–$260K base salary
• Year-end discretionary and billable-hour bonuses
