Role Description

We are currently seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (plaintiff-side) based in Massachusetts to join our growing remote team. This is an opportunity to handle meaningful cases, work with a strong support team, and make a real impact—without being tied to a traditional office setting.

• Lead Litigation End-to-End: Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Advocate in Court: Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision.
• Client Strategy & Guidance: Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases.
• Draft & Argue: Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Trial Preparation: Work closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy.
• Case Evaluation: Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction.
• Client Communication: Maintain strong, consistent communication and deliver a high-touch client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• License:
  • Required: Active Massachusetts Bar license.
  • Preferred: Dual licensure in Massachusetts and Texas.
• Trial Background: Strong courtroom experience with a track record of results.
• Skills: Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities.
• Mindset: Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Work Style: Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing a full caseload in a remote environment.
• Team Player: Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Competitive Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 (slightly negotiable based on experience).
