[Hiring] Patent Associate/Agent or Technical Specialist @Vanguard-IP

Role Description

The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications. The candidate should have experience in:

• Wireless communications (including 5G/6G connectivity and WLAN/Wi-Fi®)
• Software and machine learning/artificial intelligence technologies
• Medical device technologies (device and software)
• Gaming technologies and smart data capture (a plus)

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related physical science or engineering discipline
• Provide writing samples reflecting excellent writing skills
• Exhibit professionalism/good communication skills with demanding clients
• Exercise attention to detail and balance various client responsibilities
• Have the ability to work effectively with other team members
• Prior work experience in a law firm strongly preferred

• Have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications
• Have experience in at least the aforementioned wireless communications, software, and medical device technologies
