Scale attorneys are not salaried; they receive a percentage of the fees collected from their clients.

• Unlike traditional law firms, attorneys net a combination of collected origination and matter responsible fees.

We are always looking for excellent attorneys of all stripes to join our firm.

• Association as Counsel: Will accept attorneys from senior in-house positions with no demonstrable book as counsel.
• Applicants must identify at least one anchor client and articulate a clear business development plan at association.
• Partnership: Applicants must demonstrate a significant transferrable book of originations.
• Attorneys with less are welcome to apply for a position as counsel.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm or in-house with a reputable company.
• Graduated from a top-tier law school or demonstrated an excellent and sustained reputation in the industry.

Requirements

• Compliance with federal law for identity and eligibility verification to work in the United States.
• Completion of the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
