Role Description

As a LegalTech company, our focus is on the intersection of legal drafting/review, customer communications, and technical support. Startupz is seeking a talented Paralegal with a passion for customer service to excel in this dynamic and multi-faceted position.

• Legal Drafting/Review:
  • Draft legal language and agreements to meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare necessary documents for review by your manager before sharing them with clients.
• Customer Service:
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to user and lead inquiries regarding our services and Codekeeper account management.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by addressing requests efficiently.
• Tech Setup Support:
  • Assist customers in setting up connections between their source code management platforms.
  • Administer and ensure proper functioning of technical setups on our end.
• Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with leads, answering their questions and guiding them through our service offerings via email and website chat.
• Report Drafting:
  • Prepare reports based on information provided by customers.

Requirements

• Excellent written English communication skills (comparable to a native speaker).

• Prior experience in a customer success or similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries.
