Role Description

A highly motivated, detail-oriented, and self-starting Paralegal is needed to support a California-based law firm handling a broad range of civil matters, including trademark law and federal litigation. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality legal services by supporting attorneys with:

• Document preparation
• Case management
• Client communication
• Day-to-day legal operations

The paralegal will work closely with the legal team to ensure cases are properly organized, deadlines are met, and all legal documentation is accurate and compliant. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Paralegal is required
• Experience working with a U.S. law firm is required (California experience is a plus)
• Experience in Trademark law & Trademark Application of USPTO and/or Federal Litigation is an advantage
• Law degree or legal education is a plus but not required
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
• Reliable and must have good communication skills (Ideally fluent in English)
