Role Description

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support USCIS form preparation and case management activities. The role involves:

• Preparing and reviewing filings
• Organizing and verifying documentation
• Tracking case progress
• Ensuring compliance with USCIS submission requirements
• Providing clerical and administrative support for immigration-related cases

Focus on accuracy, organization, and adherence to official standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete USCIS forms (N-400, I-130, I-485, DACA, etc.) with client-provided info
• Review forms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with USCIS requirements
• Assist in organizing and maintaining immigration case files
• Monitor case progress and ensure timely updates
• Support the preparation and submission of USCIS forms
• Work with team members to maintain accurate case documentation
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
• Refer clients to attorneys if legal advice is needed

Qualifications

• Law student or recent law graduate with a strong interest in immigration law
• Prior experience in legal support or case management
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to flexible schedule

Requirements

• This position is limited to clerical and administrative support within the immigration process
• Legal advice, representation, or case strategy are not part of this role
