As a Part Time Estate Planning Paralegal at Woven Legal LLC, your role will encompass various responsibilities to ensure smooth client interactions and impeccable document management:

• Conduct initial client intake reviews to identify key issues
• Prepare and accurately draft client information packets (CIMI)
• Manage document versions from drafting through completion
• Facilitate Draft Review meetings and prepare for client signing sessions
• Handle funding coordination, including post-signing confirmations and asset checklists
• Offer funding support to clients and address basic trust funding inquiries

With a strong understanding of trust funding and estate plan structures, you'll adeptly navigate each case with minimal attorney oversight. Proficiency in WealthCounsel and MyCase is preferred, but a quick learning ability will also be valued.
